Our philosophy is pretty simple.
Execution Fast Pitch coaches challenge young athletes to be their best on and off the field! We believe that education comes first. We believe in teamwork and the power of positivity. We Hustle! We believe in conditioning and holding players accountable. We believe that each player is unique in their development. We strive to build individual confidence and trust in coaches and teammates. We hope our players fall in love with this sport, in particular this family of coaches, players and teams. We strive to make practices fun and to give each player the opportunity to learn multiple positions on defense. We work hard towards getting everyone contributing offensively. From small ball to straight up bashing, our philosophy is to EXECUTE… EVERY PRACTICE, EVERY PITCH, EVERY INNING, EVERY GAME!
Execution Fastpitch Travel Softball Club Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation registered in the Commonwealth of MA. All of our staff and coaches are volunteers. Our programs are funded almost completely by grants, fundraising, and donations from our sponsors. Our upfront costs to families are far less than for profit travel clubs.

Who We Are
Execution Fastpitch was started out of a desire to provide an affordable, inclusive and more family friendly alternative to the competitive travel softball scene with players from Boston and the surrounding communities. Every dollar we raise through grants, fundraising, and generous sponsorship go directly to funding our entire operation from insurance, equipment and uniforms, to tournaments and social events for our teams. Our primary goals are developing players skills, having fun and getting kids to fall in love with the game. We teach the physical skills and rules of the game and encourage teamwork, trust and accountability.
How it Started
North End Execution began in 2019 with Coach Chuck Bilikas and one, very young 14U team that could play together for the summer before High School started. Encouraged by the cohesiveness of the team, and with the support of the families involved, the coaches, players and families persevered through the 2020 (COVID) season, right through the summer and fall ball. With an eye towards expanding the program to multiple age groups, and continuing workouts through the winter, our staff at the time decided to try and develop a 12U program for Execution as well as to incorporate as a non-profit organization in the City of Everett MA. As we grew and started taking more kids in from multiple cities, we dropped the North End part of our name and decided to just be Execution Fastpitch.
Where We Are Going
Our approach to teaching the fundamental skills of fast pitch softball in practices, and commitment to developing players of all skill levels, teaching them the rules and how to work as a team, as well as helping these kids develop their own passion for the game, sets us apart. Unwavering support from existing players families, who believe in our approach, helped us decide to further expand our family of teams and prepare for adding a 16/18U program. We always have a full slate of tournaments around MA, NH, and RI during summer! We are hoping to add to our current programs with more dedicated and active players so we can keep our girls aging out of our 16 and 14U programs playing together right through High School….and beyond?!
